Overall experience was definitely satisfying. Room cleaning service was perfect, breakfast was really good. Sauna, steam bath, pool etc. was really good. Hotel has a great gym as well. Staff was really helpful.

Nothing to complain about this place! The staff is incredible nice, always ready to help you a specially Miss Meltem Ufak,Mr Kursat,Mr Erkan &manager Mr Yasin they are amazing team!

King size bed, spacious and soundproof room, fast room service, view from the room was wonderful.

The friendliness and helpful of the staff were next level. The spa and pool were immaculate and open long hours which fitted in with our stay perfectly. Food was amazing especially in the roof top restaurant! What a hotel. This was our second time and we will be back!

every time I stay in the Asian side of istanbul, this hotel is my first choice. great facilities and hospitality, they gave us a free extra bed which was needed.

In good decorative order, everything works. The breakfast buffet had a very wide range of foods from unhealthy sugary snacks through to very fresh healthy salads and well prepared meats.
